After the COVID-19 Housing Assistance Online Application software began accepting electronic signatures on November 10, 2020, the Release of Information was made available for each applicant who has electronically signed.  To access the signed ROI: 

1. Login to https://www.housinghelpmn.org using your credentials
2. Look up applicant
3. Open Applicant record
4. Scroll to the correct ASSISTANCE REQUEST
5. Scroll to CERTIFICATION section
6. Click on Shareable Certification
7. Once clicked, the shareable certification will show a webpage with a unique URL that can be sent to the payee.  For more information on how to copy a URL visit this article.

**Important** The shareable certification is only visible AFTER an applicant has electronically signed their assistance request OR a program administrator has completed one of the following steps:
