I didn't receive my confirmation email or text. What do I do?

If you completed your pre-application, the system will email or text you a link to confirm your account. 

If you have not yet, please check your spam or junk folder in your email.  (The email address is noreply@housinghelpmn.org; the subject line is 'Confirmation Instructions".)

At this time, we are unable to re-send the confirmation email if you completed your pre-application with 211.  Please call our customer support line at 651-233-2691 or Toll-Free at 877-314-1401 if this is your situation.

To have another confirmation email sent you, go here. (This will not work if you completed the pre-application over the phone with 211.)
