Why am I seeing applicants not in my service area?

We are working on a change that will help people better select agencies from the provider drop down list to help resolve this. Applicants choose their program administrator when they submit the pre-application. (We have some guidance available to them as they choose but mistakes do occur.)

Please keep track of those application ID numbers and name of applicant that need to be transferred to a new program administrator. Please email any transfer requests to heather@housinglink.org.
