Here are the steps to fill a vacancy with your waitlist: 

1. Login to Waitlist Central with your property manager credentials.
2. Find the waitlist at the property with your vacancy.
3. Click on the list icon:  
4. Review the list of applicants. 
   • To review an applicants details click on their name
5. Look for drop down list to the underneath the applicant's status.  (See snapshot below.)
6. Select the status of Apply Now
7. Please enter a message to send to the applicant about the vacancy.
8. Click Notify Applicant
